Navadvip Mandal Parikrama

18th February – Adhivāsa at Yogapīṭha
19th – 25th February – Parikramā Days

Navadvīpa Maṇḍala Parikramā is one of the holiest and most transformative parts of the entire Gaura Pūrṇimā Festival. For seven sacred days, devotees walk through the nine islands of Navadvīpa, retracing the very footsteps of Sri Caitanya Mahāprabhu and His eternal associates. Every step becomes an offering. Every breath becomes a prayer. Every sound becomes kīrtan.

This parikramā is not simply a journey—it is a pilgrimage into the heart of Gaura-līlā.

“Navadvīpa Dhāma is the treasure-house of Krishna-prema; even the dust here can liberate the universe.”

Taking the dust of Navadvīpa, hearing under the open sky, and walking in the company of thousands from all over the world gives a deep, unforgettable spiritual experience—one that devotees cherish for a lifetime.

Srila Prabhupāda encouraged ISKCON devotees to revive this sacred tradition, and ever since, thousands of pilgrims from across the world joyfully participate each year.

The Parikramā is beautifully organized into multiple groups so devotees can absorb the teachings in their own language and cultural rhythm:
Each party has its own sannyāsīs, senior speakers, kīrtaniyas, dramas, and seva teams—yet all unite as one family in the land of Lord Gauranga.
