Book Distribution
Srila Prabhupada presents Krsna consciousness in a very simple and practical way in his books. His spiritual master, Srila Bhaktisiddhanta Saravati Thakur referred to distribution of Krishna conscious books as Brihad Mridanga, the greater drum and instructed Srila Prabhupada to print books whenever he got money. In accordance with that instruction Srila Prabhupada wanted books to be distributed in every town and village.

Congregational Development
A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Srila Prabhupada has set into motion congregational preaching on a global scale, as envisioned by Srila Bhaktivinoda Thakura, and Lord Sri Krsna Caitanya Mahaprabhu himself.
Taken inspiration, HH Jayapataka Swami started ISKCON’s Congregational Development Ministry as a tool and source of inspiration to support devotees worldwide in congregational preaching through coaching, education and systems of support.
Today, the Ministry collaborates internationally with congregational preachers, coaches, educators and leaders to support the growth of their congregations.
We offer tools, resources, and training for trainers that facilitate your programs of connecting, cultivating and caring for people. Those people you are dedicated to serving, deserve your very best, and we are here to facilitate you in your proactive success.

College Outreach
ISKCON Youth Forum was started in June 2006 in order to spread Krishna consciousness to college and university students in West Bengal.

Currently the Youth Forum has been established in Durgapur, 100 kilometers away from Mayapur, with seven devotees involved with the preaching. This town has several colleges. A festival, Utsaha Festival, was attended by about 150 college students. A similar festival conducted in Mayapur drew 550 students.

Jagrata Chatra Samaj
In the year 1996, during Srila Prabhupada Centennial, devotees conducted 1000 school programs with standard presentations like student competition, lectures, video shows, prasadam distributions etc. A little later they improved the mode of preaching to students. So to train up these students properly in active preaching, to practice Krsna Consciousness, Jagrata Chhatra Samaj was started. Right now the department has 14 devotees as staff.

Mayapur Local Preaching
Mayapur Local Preaching (MLP) is an initiative of ISKCON Mayapur to preach the teachings of Caitanya Mahaprabhu to the local people in and around Nadia Dist. Specifically MLP is focused on covering places like Krishnanagar, Dhubulia, Nabadwipa town, to the places in Navadvip Mandala Area. For this purpose, under the authority of HG Sankarashan Nitai Prabhu, Mayapur Local Preaching Department is established since 21st June 2012.

Visitor Outreach
The goal of this department is to make every visitor of Sri Mayapur Chandrodaya Mandir chant the holy names of Krishna as instructed by Sri Chaitanya Mahaprabhu. The devotees from this department help visitors chant the holy names on the beads and also write the holy names.
