ISKCON Mayapur is happy to announce the grand Vyasapuja festival (26 Aug 2016) planned, as a special offering to Srila Prabhupada on the golden jubilee year celebrations (ISKCON 50) of ISKCON.
Srila Prabhupada’s greatest gift to the humanity is the congregational chanting of the holy names. It is apt that World Holy Name week is being celebrated in the Vyasapuja month of Srila Prabhupada. At Mayapur, the birthplace of the holy name, festivities were planned to resound the holynames in all the nine islands of Navadvipa like street harinams, prasada distribution, departmental and divisional harinams, harinam at various residences of devotees etc. As Srila Prabhupada’s vision for Mayapur of Spiritual United Nations is unfolding, we greatly hope that we can offer a great Vyasapuja this year with many number of visitors and guests participating to glorify Srila Prabhupada.
