On December 21, 2024, the humble opening of the most important department – Vaishnava Care Dept – took place in the presence of HG Panchajanya Prabhu (Department Head), HG Subheksana Prabhu (ISKCON Mayapur Co-Director), HG Purananda Prabhu (ISKCON Mayapur Central Divisional Head), and HG Mahavaraha Prabhu (Personal Secretary of HH Jayapataka Swami Maharaja), along with other important individuals.

Sri Chaitanya Mahaprabhu engaged in many beautiful pastimes in Mayapur, especially in Rudradvip and Antardvip, showing great care for the health of devotees dedicated to serving their beloved Lordships. This support allows everyone to come together with one focus, lovingly serving and nurturing Sri Dham Mayapur in a really special way.
As HG Subheksana Prabhu beautifully expressed, “Deity worship is incomplete without honoring and serving the Vaishnavas.” This is why this department plays such an important role. The incredible worship of Sri Sri Radha Madhava, Sri Sri Pancatattva, Narasimha Dev Prahlad Maharaj, Jagannath, Baladev, Subhadra Maiya, Sri Sri Gaura Nitai, and Srila Prabhupada will now reach new heights! HG Jananivas Prabhu expressed his joy regarding the inauguration of this department and mentioned that the Devotee Care Department is being opened today on this auspicious day (December 21) just at the end of this long building here. Now we should think about how we can serve the devotees and make them very happy, as we want the devotees to remain healthy and happy. Prabhupada said that we are just ready to be happy in Krishna Consciousness, so we help many devotees whose health is not very good, with the single purpose of serving the mission of Caitanya Mahaprabhu under Srila Prabhupada’s guidance.
