ABOUT THE SPEAKERH.G. Deva Gaura Hari prabhu’s legal name is David Hooper and he was initiated by H.H. Jayapataka Swami. Prabhu’s birth country is Penang, Malaysia. Prabhu likes to describe himself so that other like minded devotees can find him by saying, “Chant Hare Krishna and be happy.”He has been resident of ISKCON Mayapur for some years. Prabhu came in contact with the Hare Krishna Movement through food for life and Srila Prabhupada’s books in Brisbane, Australia. Deva Gaura Hari prabhu who also serves as JPS Archives director mentioned his interest in distributing the film to Jayapataka Swami’s disciples worldwide, as it features extensive excerpts of His Holiness’s preaching work in Bangladesh.
